I have a strong interest in finance and technology, with a particular focus on hedge funds and proprietary quantitative trading firms. I have a keen interest in algorithmic and quantitative trading.

I was born in Prestwich, Manchester and lived there until moving to Egham, Surrey for my bachelors degree. I attended The Manchester Grammar School for Boys, and I'm proud to call myself an Old Mancunian. My early life was dominated by swimming, water polo, cycling and music. I studied my bachelors degree in Economics at Royal Holloway, University of London, and subsequently went on to pursue my masters in Computational Finance at the same institution.
I love playing music, having played the piano since the age of six and taught myself the guitar at 15. I box regularly, and I enjoy playing polo, and cycling, from time to time.
I'm particularly interested in the field of Financial Technology. I've focused in Deep Learning and statistical analysis in Finance and Economics academically, and would love to take this passion into the workplace.
Charity is something close to my heart. I have helped to raise over £250,000 for cancer patients in the UK, with much of that money going towards the Christie Hospital in Cheadle. I have worked alongside the Red Sea Pedestrians in much of their work, helping with their fundraising efforts.
